we had breakfast once and it was good , the staff is very helpful and always smily the location at Sh Zayed is in the middle of destinations we visit . The A/C thermostat was not working well and always required calling the technician for adjustment

It was all amazing! For sure I want to come back and stay at Villa Rotana again! Everyone treated us super well, helped me even ask Uber for me to go away to the airport. Gopal was a sweet and super kind person in the room staff, besides the hotel receptionists (a thousand pardons I do not remember your name)

Did not have breakfast at the hotel. Said it was not included in my charge but on booking.com did not say that. The charge for studio was because it was at the back sort of not because no breakfast. I felt short changed though!

The room was excellent. The staffs are amazing and available round the clock, super quick with a happy smile on their face. It is very close to the Etihad coach stopping, so it made easy for us to just walk 150 m to reach the hotel.

Convenient location within Dubai. Eateries, shops, metro, all nearby. Friendly, courteous staff. Stable internet. Complementary gym and pool. Would happily recommend.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, close to metro and one stop to Burj Khalifa. Staff is very kind and friendly. We really enjoyed. Swimming pool on the roof hotel was ideal to refresh after very hot weather. Staff also in gym and swimming pool were very nice.

I liked the hotel, rooms were well cleaned, we enjoyed the pool a lot, it was a short trip, but definitely we will visit it again, I would like also to thank Fares upon check in, he is really so kind person.

Location - 5 minutes walk from red metro line. Friendly stuff (special greetings to Ms lifeguard at poolside). Burj Khalifa view from the room!! Clean room and Comfortable bed Decent gym.
